Compliance and EMC Testing
The FYLEAS LED Display Panels have undergone a comprehensive series of EMC tests carried out by EMITECH, one of France’s reference laboratories in the automotive, space, aerospace, military, medical, and railway sectors.
§ 6.5 – Wide‑band disturbance measurements (EN 55025, Annex 7)
- Frequency band: 30 MHz to 1 GHz
- Polarizations: horizontal and vertical
- Measurement distance: 1 meter
- Reference limits: Appendix 6
- Test conditions: 1 device in 1 configuration
§ 6.6 – Narrow‑band disturbance measurements (EN 55025, Annex 8)
- Frequency band: 30 MHz to 1 GHz
- Polarizations: horizontal and vertical
- Measurement distance: 1 meter
- Reference limits: Appendix 7
- Test conditions: 1 device in 1 configuration
§ 6.7 – Conducted transient emissions (ISO 7637‑2, Annex 10)
- Maximum allowed amplitude:
75 V / –100 V for a 12 V network,
+150 V / –450 V for a 24 V network - Test conditions: 1 product with 1 power supply, in 1 configuration
§ 6.9 – Immunity to conducted transient disturbances (ISO 7637‑2, Annex 10)
Values for 24 V networks:
- Pulse 1: –450 V / 1 ms / 0.5 s / 50 Ω / 5 000 pulses
- Pulse 2a: +37 V / 50 µs / 0.2 s / 2 Ω / 5 000 pulses (no power‑off)
- Pulse 2b: +20 V / 2 s / 0–0.05 Ω / 10 pulses
- Pulse 3a: –150 V / 0.1 µs / 50 Ω / 1 hour
- Pulse 3b: +150 V / 0.1 µs / 50 Ω / 1 hour
- Pulse 4: Us = –12 V, Ua = –12 V; T7 = 100 ms; T9 = 20 s; T11 = 100 ms / 1 pulse (1)
Test conditions: 1 product in 1 configuration
(1) For products operating at 12 VDC or 24 VDC, only the 24 VDC values apply, except for pulse 4, which uses the 12 VDC network values.
Our LED Display Panels are certified compliant with ECE R10 Rev 6.
EMC tests performed by the EMITECH laboratory in Toulouse are available upon request.
Our LED Display Panels for coaches comply with the RoHS 2002/95/EC standard.
All materials used are RoHS‑certified by their supplier. Documentation is available upon request.
